Shiprock Santa Fe guarantees the authenticity and integrity of each piece we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy.

  • Following the date of purchase, you have three days to return the item(s). Refund or Credit will not be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by our staff.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Items shipped on credit card approval to clients are subject to the full outgoing shipping and handling fee if they are returned to the gallery. This can be paid by a check sent with the returned merchandise, or will be charged to your credit card.
  • All returned items paid with a credit card will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, or the customer can have the full amount in store credit.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE.
